Chapter & Club Managers

Our group is committed to fully establishing 65 independent membership organizations. Each of these groups are all linked by one primary goal of saving our Earth. Therefore we need to build 65 Club Membership groups including 15 that will also have Chapters.

To accomplish this objective we anticipate hiring a minimum of 12 to 15 Club Membership Managers and placing a team of 3 to 5 Chapter Managers all working to fully build and network all associated groups.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate behind the scene administrative duties these will all in time be fully automated
  • Co-host key events, activities, and programs to fast track the building of each group
  • Communicate event schedules to maintenance department staff and set-up/take-down crew

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree is required in any one of the following areas: journalism, communications, public relations, or a technical discipline, especially telecommunications, or a related field; a Master's degree, particularly an MBA, would be very advantageous but not required.

Experience:

Candidates should have media relations and internal/employee communications experience, in an agency or corporate environment, or both. Prior experience with high-level responsibilities and executive contacts would be beneficial. The ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of a complex communications platform or system will be very helpful.

Additional consideration will be given to candidates that have a strong background in telecommunications, public relations and marketing.

We are looking for solid communication skills combined with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Our CM's must have a presence about them, be persuasive and confident earning them total credibility.

Successful candidates will be comfortable with all types of media outlets to include: trade, business, and consumer print media, as well as managing broadcast media.

These individuals must be strong writers, have excellent interpersonal and communications skills, have the ability to work cross-functionally and as part of a team, and each be strong managers.

Successful candidates must be computer literate, with the ability to use a myriad of writing and presentation software programs.

Other Characteristics:

Comfortable working within an extremely fast-paced atmosphere while being fluid within an open structure. Successful candidates should be intellectually quick and comfortable with change. Our CM's must have the ability to make solid judgment calls and decisions and be strong problem solvers. Establishing priorities and recognizing when those priorities have shifted and then adjusting priorities accordingly is also very important.

The candidate who assumes this position should be unflappable in most situations and have the ability to communicate in a forthright manner, yet know how to be diplomatic with subordinates, peers and senior management. This professional must have the ability to know how to influence senior management on strategic issues/counsel, while at the same time knowing when to accept management's decisions and act upon them accordingly. In addition, our CM team must be extraordinarily dedicated and willing to do whatever it takes to achieve the goals before them.

Eco-Education Event Managers

Our Event Managers will coordinate administrative duties to facilitate highly efficient and constructive activities and events. These managers will facilitate and host eco-education programs initially across the U.S.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate behind the scene program and administrative duties.
  • Communicate event schedules to maintenance department staff and set-up/take-down crew.
  • Responsible to ensure set-up is complete and meets expectations.
  • Will have staff present throughout an event to assist, answer questions, and facilitate control and review facilities at close of event.
  • Will use Club Management System to fully manage events.
  • Communicate to contract customers one month and one week prior to event for detail and follow-up on all issues.
  • Complete post event check list and shall obtain follow-up survey from all participants and customers.
  • Shall coordinate event flyers for all potential participants.
  • Will greet, welcome and deliver the incoming guests when event desk personnel are unavailable.
  • Complete any necessary tasks designated by the Activities Manager.
  • May be required to attend seminars and classes related to events planning and coordination.
  • Complete monthly computer/paper generated reports.
  • Maintain membership in local chapters of key organizations as determined by management.

This primary health management position will determine all primary health and safety risks to the public resulting from chemicals, pollutants and toxins entering our environment. This manager will compile and tie the companies, organizations and people that are responsible for said pollution so our organizations can then fully expose them via our unique media strategies.

Further the Environmental Health Manager will help review potential disasters as well as both domestic and global solutions that we will then work to initiate.

As part of this responsibility, this position will also supervise the company's proactive media relations editorial calendar and build a comprehensive "key relationships" program to align internal/external PR resources with key reporters.
